Nothing beats May in Northern California! We enjoyed another beautiful day and cooking outdoors was ideal. A little potato salad, beans and brats made for the perfect poolside dinner.I like to par-boil the bratwurst before grilling them. Toast the buns and you’re done ~ enjoy!
