Pan Fried Red Snapper

Fish in a Flash ~ I like to coat the fish (in this case Red Snapper) with a light coating of flour, season salt, yellow curry and black pepper.  Then I pan fry the fish in olive oil.  Quick and easy. 

Now if it were that easy to get rid of the fish smell I'd be a happy chief!
